The In-Person Membership is ofr the athlete committed to coming into the gym 304 times per week. All workouts are done in a group setting and supervised by one of our experienced trainers.

The Day Pass is intended for those who have already utilized their free trial session and do not want to commit to a monthly membership. If you need a drop-in pass, this is for you!

The Distance Membership is intended for athletes 12+ who are unable to come to the gym and would like to follow our program at home or on the road. Members receive exclusive TP Strong written strength programs and workouts.
